Can I order online or by phone?

No, we don’t sell direct to the public. However, you can find your local NAOT stockist by our Store Finder or simply contact our friendly staff in the office via Email and we will put you in touch with your closest NAOT Footwear Retailer.

How does your sizing work?

NAOT footwear uses the European sizing for their shoes, sandals and boots. [SIZE CHART]

Please note: Some collections such as Prima Bella are produced with half sizes available.

Theresia M by NAOT styles are produced in either UK or European sizing [Theresia M by NAOT SIZE CHART].

As each footbed is shaped differently, it is important to try NAOT shoes and sandals on the foot as the fit and sizing might vary between collections.

Does your brand of footwear stretch

As with all natural leather it will stretch to some degree.

Is the colour on the website accurate?

We aim to provide as accurate as possible images of each item, however please keep in mind that the actual colours and textures are hard to accurately convey digitally.

How do I care for my NAOTs?

Is there a warranty on NAOT Footwear?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However if you feel that there is a manufacturing fault please refer to your store of purchase for their policy. We stand by our product and will provide repair or replacement for all manufacturing faults reported within 6 months of purchase.
